X-ray diffraction and Raman spectra of merrillite at high pressures

ABSTRACT

The compressibility and effect of pressure on the vibrations of merrillite, Ca₉NaMg(PO₄)₇, were studied by using diamond anvil cell at room temperature combined with in-situ synchrotron X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy up to about 18 and 15?GPa, respectively. The pressure-volume data was fitted by a third-order Birch–Murnaghan equation of state to determine the isothermal bulk modulus as K₀ ?=?87.2(32) GPa with pressure derivative K₀′?=?3.2(4). If K₀′?=?4, the isothermal bulk modulus was obtained as 81.6(10) GPa. The axial compressibility was estimated and an axial elastic anisotropy exists since a-axis is less compressible than the c-axis. The Raman frequencies of all observed modes for merrillite continuously increase with pressure, and the pressure dependences of stretching modes (v ₃ and v ₁) are larger than those of the bending modes (v ₄ and v ₂) and external modes. The isothermal mode Grüneisen parameters and intrinsic anharmonicity of merrillite were also calculated.     

钴掺杂MoSe2共生长中氢气的作用分析及磁电特性研究

采用原位共生长化学气相沉积法,以Co3O4、MoO3、Se粉末为前驱物,710℃下在SiO2衬底上生长掺钴MoSe2纳米薄片,分析讨论氢气含量对其生长及调节机理的影响.表面形貌分析表明,氢气的引入促进了成核所需的氧硒金属化合物以及横向生长中需要的CoMoSe化合物分子的生成;AFM(Atomic Force Microscope)结果表明氢气有利于生长单层二维超薄掺钴MoSe2.随着Co3O4前驱物用量的增加,样品的拉曼和PL(Photoluminescence)谱图分别表现出红移和蓝移现象,带隙实现从1.52—1.57 eV的调制.XPS(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy)结果分析得到Co的元素组分比为4.4%.通过SQUID-VSM(Superconducting QUantum Interference Device)和器件电学测试分析了样品的磁电特性,结果表明Co掺入后MoSe2由抗磁性变为软磁性;背栅FETs器件的阈值电压比纯MoSe2向正向偏移5 V且关态电流更低;为超薄二维材料磁电特性研究及应用拓展提供了基础探索.     

双稳态结构中的1/2次谐波共振及其对隔振特性的影响

以典型的双稳态系统——屈曲梁结构为例,基于等效模型,结合解析、数值和实验手段,研究了双稳态结构中的1/2次谐波共振特性、演化过程、参数调节规律及其对隔振特性的影响.研究发现,当非线性刚度系数或激励幅值增加到一定程度时,系统会在一定带宽下产生显著的1/2次谐波共振;随着激励幅值增加,阻尼系统的1/2次谐波遵循“产生-增强-衰退-消失”的过程,该过程对峰值频率和峰值传递率有重要影响;适当提高非线性强度能有效改善双稳态结构隔振特性.针对双稳态屈曲梁结构开展的实验验证了1/2次谐波特性和隔振特性变化规律.

Prediction of allergic reaction risk of Shenmai injection based on real-world evidence coupled with UPLC–Q-TOF-MS

The allergic reaction (AR) of Chinese herbal injection (CHI) has become one of the most noticeable focuses of public health in China. However, it still remains a considerable controversy as to whether low-molecular-weight components in CHI have potential sensitization. In this study, the relationship between AR and low-molecular-weight component profile of Shenmai injection was explored by an interdisciplinary technology integrating real-world evidence and ultra-performance liquid chromatography–quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectroscopy (UPLC–Q-TOF-MS). The AR information of hospitalized patients was obtained by comprehensively analyzing real-world evidence from January 2015 to June 2019 at two Chinese hospitals. The UPLC–Q-TOF-MS was exploited to systematically investigate the low-molecular-weight component profile with 50–1500 m/z mass range, and 3725 MS1 peaks were detected. The optimized partial least squares discriminant analysis model was established to map the influence of low-molecular-weight components on AR. The results of this study showed that high levels of organic acids administered intravenously might be a potential risk factor for inducing AR. By using this method, Shenmai injection with high AR risk could be recognized precisely with 100% accuracy before clinical use.     

Thermally driven self-healing PEDOT conductive films relying on reversible and multiple Diels–Alder interaction

Thermally healing capability of cracks and defects is important and urgent for the safe operation and life extending of electric materials and devices. Here, by the combination of thermally driven reversible Diels–Alder (DA) interaction and in-situ chemical oxidative polymerization of 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT), a series of intrinsically conductive poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT)/DA composites possess intrinsically self-healing property under low-temperature (reverse DA reaction at 100°C; DA crosslinking at 60°C) stimulus were achieved. The crosslinking DA bonding reactions are multiple from the co-existence of pre-synthesized macromolecular polyurethane attached DA units (PU-DA) and 2,4-hexadiyne-1,6-diol (DADOL) in the films. PU-DA involved in the polymerization process of EDOT to endow PEDOT with outstanding solution-processability, uniform film making, and structural self-healing capability, while DADOL was added to enhance the cross bonding between polymer chains. This work will accelerate the research and application development of intrinsically self-healing conducting polymers for commercial capacitors, antistatic coatings, implantable, printable electronics, and so on.
